Q. What is the cost to attend REALTORfest?

Earlybird registration is $40 and ends on 9/23/16. After 9/23/16, regular registration is $50. Ticket price at the door is $65.

 

Q. What if I didn’t register by the deadline, can I still attend?

Yes, onsite registration is $65, but lunch is not guaranteed.  We will make every effort to seat you for lunch.

 

Q. Is there a half day admission price, or a lower price if you don’t eat lunch?

No.

 

Q. What is the refund policy for registration fees should I need to cancel?

You can cancel your registration for a full refund provided you cancel by Wednesday, October 12, 2016.

 

Q. Can I get a vegetarian meal at lunch?

Yes, just indicate you’re a vegetarian when you call in to register, and a lunch will be ordered for you.

 

Q. Can I bring a guest with me?

Yes, you can bring a guest.  The cost is the same.

 

Q. Is parking included in the price to attend REALTORfest?

No, parking is not included.

 

Q. What does parking cost and where is it located?

There is the Greater Richmond Convention Center parking lot on Marshall Street and the cost to park is $6.00.  There is also a parking lot on Fifth Street next to the Marriott Hotel and the cost to park there is $17 for the day.  There are several parking lots close to the Convention Center.  Click here for a complete parking map.  Prices vary at each lot.

 

Q. Can I be seated with a person from another company at lunch?

Yes, when you register, just indicate the name of the person with whom you would like to sit, and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

 

Q. Can I leave and then return to REALTORfest?

Yes, just keep your name badge and you can return.

 

Q. Can I register online?

Yes, click here to register online. Registration closes 10/12/16.

 

Q. I have a handicap. Can you accommodate my needs?

Please contact us at 804-422-5000.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Q. Is there CE credit?

This year we do not have sessions offering CE credit.

 

Q. What is the dress for the day?

Business casual.  The floors at the Convention Center are concrete, so you want to make sure that you wear comfortable walking shoes.
